Our Story

Producer Andrew Prendergast has been involved in the film industry for over 25 years.

Andrew developed and produced ‘The Courier,’ starring Gary Oldman and Olga Kurylenko, ‘Shark Bait’ and ‘The Last Breath‘ with Julian Sands, distributed by Metro International.

Andrew has recently shot his latest movie, ‘Bjorn of the Dead,’ at K.K. Downing’s Steel Mill rock club in Wolverhampton, England – BOTD features Mark Williams (Mr Weasley from the Harry Potter franchise), Ralph Brown (Danny the drug dealer from Withnail and I, Roadie Del Preston in Wayne’s World 2) and music legends Bruce Dickinson (lead singer – Iron Maiden) and ABBA founder Bjorn Ulvaeus.

From our experiences of working in the grassroots music environment, the team has created the Live is Life documentary film project. 50% of profits from this film will be donated to the live music industry at the ground level – directly supporting artists, promoters and venues…

“Def Leppard wasn’t born in a stadium, or an arena, or a city hall. Our story started in the small venues, up and down the country, like so many other great bands that came before us. By supporting these venues, we can secure the future of live music.”
